As hotels go, you will struggle to find one so well priced with so much to offer. It certainly matches up to its star rating. The facilities, the food - please do try the Al Dawaar revolving restaurant on floor 25 which offers fab services and such a variety of international cuisine at a sensible price - and not least, the service. The staff go that extra mile to please and nothing is to much to ask. Not sure if, like me, you always remember one particular person and on this trip it was the concierge named Zain. He couldn't have done more to assist. From arranging transport, excursions and general advice.

When he saw us each morning he was so interested in what we had done and our plans for the day. The local metro is a 2 minute walk from the hotel but Zain insisted on arranging a complimentary ride so we could travel to the Dubai Marina.

I think the Hyatt is so very lucky to have found someone who is so genuine, sincere and hard working. Overall a wonderful hotel and fab experience. This hotel was in a very convenient location for us to catch our cruise ship. The Hotel was itself was awesome. Friendly helpful staff with pristine rooms. The fitness center and spa were state of the art and would make a fine health club on it's own.

The attached restaurant 'The Kitchen' provided us an excellent breakfast with outstanding service. There is an attached shopping mall with a fully stocked mini market and complete pharmacy.

It was perfect in case you forgot something for your trip. The prices in both the market and pharmacy were very reasonable. Mahmoud was great help. He organised everything in our room very quickly. Buffet breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choices. All staff for breakfast was very hospitable and this was great experience. Marick was great leader and she made sure that was best buffet breakfast experience for us. Staff for a dinner in restaurant was great again.

Rooms were very clean and beds are very comfortable. Could not fault this hotel in any way.

Ok - so some people are a bit displeased with the Hyatt but not me. This IS a 5-Star hotel situated ideally not far from the Arabian Gulf and surrounded by deserts which makes it great for sand and water lovers.

The hotel service is professional and you have access (only as a tourist) to alcoholic beverages. The food is also great. It may not be your typical western meal but that is hopefully not why you made the trip in the first place.
